Common questions
- Refunds — Requests are reviewed within one business day. See our Terms of Service for the refund policy.
- Lost results — Results are stored in your browser session only. If you closed the tab, re-upload your document and purchase again — email us and we'll make it right.
- Document issues — Include a description of the error message you saw. Do not attach your Closing Disclosure PDF to the email.
